We are fully insured through State Farm. We are insured for $1 million (each occurrence) and $2 million (general aggregate). Our policy number is 98-CX-Q648-0 which can be verified by calling State Farm's helpline number. If your venue needs a copy of our insurance, just email us at info@macrohypephotography.com and we will be happy to oblige. We are registered in the State of Virginia and State of New York.

For portraits, engagements, surprise proposals and other kinds of small events, the turnaround time is 4 to 5 days. For weddings turnaround time is 2 to 4 weeks and the first preview is available within 3 days for you to share on social media. The turnaround time for videos is usually 2 to 4 weeks.

At MacroHype Photography our focus is on quality rather than quantity. We retouch, color grade and do alot of post processing of pictures before sending to our clients. Expect somewhere around 20 to 50 pictures on every hour of service depending on the type of event and number of interesting moments.

All of your images are delivered online in a private gallery via dropbox or google drive in full hd resolution.

For weddings and events we usually deliver highlights reel usually 3 to 10 minutes long by selecting the best moments from the entire footage. For examples, please refer to our YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYoC7JGFcAQiSxOqKSmIzEw We also do full coverage/continuous footage for corporate/commercial events/talks/sporting events subject to additional charges. We can also provide RAW Un-Edited footage on request until 30 days after the shoot. We allow upto 2 edits in the highlights reel video in the 30 day period. The raw files are permanently deleted from our servers 30 days after the shoot.

We prefer candid pictures in weddings and engagement sessions as we feel its important to capture real emotions rather than forced smiles. We usually instruct our couples to pretend the photographer is not present around them and the couples are encouraged to talk about fun topics and share jokes so that genuine emotions can be captured. Our pictures are vibrant and full of color. We color grade the pictures to make them more lively and attractive. Let your photographer know if you prefer more natural colors.

We have 17 photographers and videographer. All our photographers/videographers has atleast 5 years of experience under their belt. All our photographers are self taught and have passion for photography. For them photography is not a service for which they get paid for, but instead for them it is a medium of spreading happiness. All our staff is vaccinated and are background checked. Our cameras include Canon 5D Mark IV, Canon EOS R5, EOS R, Sony A7III and Nikon D7500 among other. We use DJI Mavic Pro and DJI Spark drone for Aerial Photography. We use Matterport Pro2 3D for 3D tours for real estate.

We have been doing commercial/product photography, real estate photography, commercial videography and photography for websites of our clients as part of our parent company MacroHype LLC since 2011. In January 2020, we established MacroHype Photography as a separate entity from our parent company MacroHype LLC and have have started doing photography for weddings, engagements, maternity and new born shoots, boudoir and all other kinds of events and important moments.

We handle all bookings on our website to make it simple for our clients. Full payments are required for events/shoots less than 6 months in advance otherwise 50% deposit is required. Contracts can be provided on request for events/weddings in which total amount exceeds $1000. We don't accept cash or cheque. Payment is accepted using any credit/debit card or paypal. Payment can also be made via CashApp ($MacroHype) or Venmo (@MacroHype)

Yes. We color grade and retouch all the pictures delivered to our client. We also consider additional editing requests i.e. if you wish to look slim/muscular, tanner/fairer etc at a additional charge. Please contact us for more information regarding the additional editing request. We also allow re-editing if you are not satisfied with any of the edited photos without any additional charges.

All the prices listed on our website are final and are not negotiable. All prices are inclusive of taxes and other charges unless stated. We have priced our services to make sure that people will all budgets are able to afford quality services instead of breaking their banks.

We keep a gap between shoots in order to make sure our photographers show up on time and are able to plan ahead. Hence we account for this extra time and time/fee required for travel in the first hour charges. Our first hour photographer charges are $200 and our videography charges are $250.

Yes. Our photographers/videographers can travel to 2 or more locations in the same day for an event/wedding as long as all the areas are nearby and in our work radius. Please note that the charges on the website are for photographer's/videographer's time and hence the travel between the locations is considered part of the photography hours.

We release the rights of all pictures and videos to the clients only for non-commercial purposes. The client can print the pictures, share them online or on social media. However the client CANNOT use the pictures for any commercial purposes to earn profit. We own all the pictures and videos and hence we can use the pictures/video in our social media, portfolio and other marketing material. If you don't want your images/videos to be used anywhere, please inform us at the time of making the booking and we will not share the pictures/videos anywhere. We don't offer refund under any circumstances. Bookings can be rescheduled without any additional charges due to extreme weather conditions or due to an unavoidable emergency (proof of emergency will be required). Beyond these 2 scenarios, bookings can't be rescheduled as when we receive a booking, we reserve the slot for the client hence giving up on all other potential bookings for that time slot.
